There were many big team shakeups going from the World Finals to Stage 1 of 2026, and perhaps none bigger or more hotly anticipated than ZETA DIVISION’s new look. They assembled a team of absolute superstars, poaching talent from their biggest rivals in Korea, Crazy Raccoon and Falcons, and rounding their roster out with the ever-loyal Shin “Bernar” Se-won, the young and promising Lee “Mealgaru” Jeong-hwan, and the unpredictable veteran, Park “Viol2t” Min-ki. Even on paper, fans knew this team

On November 30, 2025, Twisted Minds made Overwatch history by becoming the first non-Korean team to win an OWCS LAN event, as they beat Al Qadsiah to take home the 2025 World Finals in Stockholm, Sweden. After a brisk offseason and a Pre-Season Bootcamp victory in February, they look to extend their international dominance and win the 2026 Championship Clash, live in Tokyo. After reaching the pinnacle of competition, it was clear to Twisted Minds that they would have to pay top dollar to retain

There were many questions about Crazy Raccoon going into OWCS Korea Stage 1. Can they win without Kin “shu” Jin-seo? How big of a difference-maker is Jeong “Stalk3r” Hak-yong on this roster? Will the meta favour them, or will they repeat their disappointing performance in another off-tank favoured stage? With all of that taken into account, it ended up being a fairly strong showing from Crazy Raccoon. They would lose their season opener against a ZETA DIVISION team that would go on to be unbe

“This year’s WBG is different,” Xu “Guxue” Qiulin recently said in the OWCS China broadcast’s post-match interview, after Weibo Gaming’s fourth consecutive stage win. “This year, I think we have a better chance.” It can be difficult to rate Weibo Gaming compared to the other teams in Tokyo. Weibo stand head and shoulders above their domestic competition in OWCS China, where they haven’t lost a single match since the region was added to OWCS in 2025. Internationally, however, Weibo has never qui

As the second seed in a weaker region, All Gamers sit at the bottom of many fans’ tier lists going into the Champions Clash. All Gamers joined OWCS China as a new partner team early this year, and since then, their OWCS journey has been defined by their rivalry with JD Gaming, as they fought for the title of China's second-best team. Although All Gamers includes several veteran players, some of whom have played together in the past, the team’s mixed roster took a little while to gel at the sta

Virtus.pro enter the Champions Clash as the #2 seed from EMEA. Having skipped the most recent major tournament in spectacular fashion, qualifying for the Champions Clash was paramount for the team this year. It wasn’t all smooth sailing, but they eventually got it done. Despite a pretty successful 2025 season, not qualifying for the OWCS 2025 World Finals pushed the team towards a makeover, shaking up a core that had been playing together for over a year. Virtus.pro kept Jonas “eisgnom” Stratem

After three years offline, the Dallas Fuel have officially made their return to official international competition since the end of the 2023 Overwatch League season. Despite this storied franchise returning to the Overwatch season, many fans and analysts alike were sceptical about the long-term success of their initial roster. But all those concerns were quickly washed away when the Fuel finished the Regular Season at a perfect 5-0, only dropping five maps in their journey. While other teams

Although their previous season featured many ups and downs, Spacestation Gaming ended the 2025 season finishing 7th-8th at the 2025 World Finals. Unsatisfied with a finish outside the podium, SSG looked to their 2026 campaign to take it up a notch from where they had left off. When Geekay Esports released their North American roster and switched to EMEA, all their former players were left without a home. With championship aspirations in mind, Spacestation sent out the call and began their roste

The final day of official OWCS competition before the first LAN of the year at Champions Clash is here. Eight teams entered the competition earlier in the week, down to four yesterday, and only three for today.
