Rokit in, peace out as NTMR return to OWCS

Just before the end of roster lock in North America, NTMR announced Devin "peace" Vasquez's departure and Julian "Rokit" Pizana's return.

peace most recently helped lead Timeless x Missing to a Calling All Heroes Championship victory, and participated in NTMR’s FACEIT League Season 9 run, helping the team defeat Disguised and The Kafe to return to OWCS competition. While it is unclear as to why peace was let go from the organisation, they will continue to participate as a student-player for Grand View University in the collegiate scene.

Rokit’s return to NTMR marks a mini-reunion for pieces of the 2025 NTMR roster. Rokit rejoins OWCS alongside Joseph "Wybie" Cambriani, also known as Lep, and Ryan "Painkiller" Cooper, all of whom previously played for NTMR in 2025 and were part of the team that led the organisation to a surprise visit to the Midseason Championship. Rokit and Wybie also rejoin the highest tier of competition, having both been dropped by Disguised.

After cruising through FACEIT, NTMR now returns to tier one competition for the first time since the end of the 2025 season. This follows CEO Jack “Fl4k” Ketchum's announcement of a hiatus for the brand before the start of 2026 and a re-evaluation of their future involvement in Overwatch Esports. In his initial announcement of the hiatus, Fl4k mentioned concerns about operating as a non-partnered org in North America. While it is unclear whether Fl4k’s sentiments have changed since his February announcement, fans will have a chance to cheer on the team when they return to OWCS for Stage 3.

OWCS Stage 3 will begin in North America on October 10.
