Spacestation Gaming have announced the departures of Christopher “Cjay” Smith, Joseph “Lep” Cambriani, and Rocco “Kronik” Iacobacci, confirming that the trio will not be part of the organisation’s roster heading into the 2026 season. The announcements were made across a series of posts between January 9 and January 11, marking the latest changes to SSG’s lineup following the recent re-signings of Kamden “Sugarfree” Hijada, Christopher “ChrisTFer” Graham, and Xander "Hawk" Domecq.

Flex support player Cjay joined Spacestation Gaming at the beginning of the 2025 campaign and remained a constant presence throughout the year. During his time with the team, SSG finished second in Overwatch Champions Series NA Stage 1, fourth in Stage 2, and second in Stage 3. Cjay also represented the organisation at both international events SSG qualifier for, competing at Champions Clash and later at the OWCS World Finals.

Lep and Kronik were added later in the year, joining Spacestation Gaming ahead of the final stage of the 2025 season. The duo became part of the team’s main lineup for OWCS NA Stage 3 and the World Finals, where SSG ultimately finished 7th-8th, bowing out of the tournament to the Chinese champions Weibo Gaming.

Prior to their time with SSG, Lep and Kronik had an established history together, having previously played side by side for Rad Esports before moving on to NTMR. The departing trio’s partnership extends beyond the OWCS, as Lep, Kronik, and Cjay continue to compete together at the collegiate level, representing Northwood University Blue.

As of publication, Spacestation Gaming have announced that Oliver “Admiral” Vahar will replace Lep as the main support player for the team’s 2026 campaign. However, it remains unclear where Cjay, Lep, and Kronik will land for the upcoming season. With roster moves across North America continuing to unfold, all three are expected to draw interest as teams begin finalising their lineups for the upcoming year.
