Spacestation Gaming sign Infekted and Galaa for Stage 3

Spacestation Gaming have announced the signings of tank player Boston "Infekted" Fine and support player Jesús "Galaa" López ahead of OWCS NA Stage 3. Galaa arrives to fill the gap left by UltraViolet's departure to Team Liquid, while Infekted moves in the opposite direction after leaving Liquid in August.

Galaa is a Spanish support player who can fill both main and flex support roles, and his nationality means he now occupies one of Spacestation's two import slots.

He spent most of his OWCS career with Virtus.pro, winning the 2025 EMEA Stage 1 title before joining Al Qadsiah at the start of 2026. There he won the Saudi eLeague and finished fourth in both Stage 1 and Stage 2.

Galaa was released alongside the rest of the Al Qadsiah roster when the organisation exited Overwatch. He most recently represented Spain at the Overwatch World Cup, where the nation finished 5th-8th at the playoffs during BlizzCon.

Infekted is a young and highly regarded tank player who has competed at the top level since 2024. He joined Team Liquid at the start of 2025 and delivered a strong season, finishing third, second, and then first across the three North American stages.

Liquid's 2026 was less spectacular, with third-place finishes in Stages 1 and 2. Infekted's role narrowed considerably after Liquid signed Korean tank Kim "Attack" Jun-hwa for Stage 2, and the organisation announced his departure on August 28.

His arrival is unlikely to substantially alter the playing time of veteran tank Xander "Hawk" Domecq. The two do have complementary hero pools, though, and the signing leaves Spacestation better equipped to respond to whatever shifts the meta brings.

The move does mean the end of Michael "RhynO" Willoughby's time with the organisation.

Spacestation finished second in both Stage 1 and Stage 2, losing to Dallas Fuel both times. Internationally, they placed seventh-eighth at the Champions Clash and fifth-eighth at the Midseason Championship, eliminated by Weibo Gaming each time.

OWCS NA Stage 3 begins on October 10.
