π Team Liquid releases Escanor and Coluge
After a rocky start to their 2026 campaign, Team Liquid has bid farewell to tank player Colin "Coluge" Arai and support player Yasser "Escanor" Alotaibi.

Although Coluge had been a veteran of the sport for many years, he struggled against the competition in his first OWCS stage since the 2024 season. With his departure, Team Liquid will have the option to sign a new tank player or continue with Boston "Infekted" Fine as the solo tank.
Escanor originally joined Team Liquid as an emergency substitute following Rupal "Rupal" Zamanβs sudden release from the team. Although it was unrealistic to expect a hitscan player to suddenly make the swap to flex support while on ping, he still performed well despite the circumstances. It is currently unclear if Escanor will continue to play flex support or if he will make his return to hitscan in Saudi eLeagues and FACEIT.
The departures of both Coluge and Escanor now place Team Liquid under the required six-player minimum for OWCS eligibility. While there are rumours circulating, no official sources have confirmed any additional signings.
Team Liquid's remaining roster:
- Boston 'Infekted ' Fine
- Xavier 'zeruhh ' Zambrano
- Elliot 'TR33' Chu
- Diego 'Vega ' Moran
