Three players from Al Qadsiah's Stage 2 roster will stay together for OWCS EMEA Stage 3, keeping the slot they earned and competing as Team Risk. Talal "KORZ" Alharbi, Majed "SirMajed" Alrashied, and Ziyad "zox" Aldosarie are joined by William "WMaimone" Maimone and Ahmed "amdp" Balateef from 1234, with Riley "cuFFa" Brown and Niclas "sHockWave" Smidt Jensen completing the squad.

Team Risk enter the stage without an organisation backing them, and without any coaching staff.

WMaimone and amdp spent Stage 1 and Stage 2 with 1234, and helped the squad secure their qualification for Stage 3. Amdp's playing time narrowed considerably in Stage 2, once Harry "GoldenPants" Cawthra established himself as the team's starting tank.

The most intriguing addition is cuFFa. The Australian tank has built his career mostly in North America, with only one brief spell in EMEA during OWCS 2024 Stage 1. He's recently won both OWCS NA Stage 1 and Stage 2 in 2025, placed third at the 2025 Champions Clash, and won an OWCS Pacific Stage 2 with Team Secret.

He also helped Australia reach BlizzCon at the Overwatch World Cup, where they finished fifth-eighth after falling to France in the quarter-finals.

cuFFa and WMaimone are familiar with one another. The pair played together at the collegiate level for Illinois State University since the start of 2024, until the team's disbandment ahead of the 2026 Spring season. They also played together for Geekay Esports during the organisation's brief run in North America in 2025, winning OWCS NA Stage 2 and finishing third in Stage 3.

Completing the DPS line is sHockWave. The Danish player is a veteran of the scene dating back to the Overwatch League, and spent most of his OWCS career with Virtus.pro, from the 2024 Esports World Cup through to the end of 2025, winning OWCS 2025 Stage 1 along the way. He most recently represented Denmark at the Overwatch World Cup, where they fell just short of qualifying for the Playoffs.

Al Qadsiah finished fourth in Stage 2, narrowly missing out on Midseason Championship qualification. The support pairing of zox and SirMajed went on to form Saudi Arabia's backline at the Overwatch World Cup, where the nation took silver at BlizzCon.
