OWWC jerseys and partner team skins revealed at Midseason Championship

Before the third day of competition at the 2026 Midseason Championship at the Esports World Cup, Blizzard revealed the Overwatch World Cup Jerseys and the Overwatch Champions Series Partner Team Skins.

After showcasing the OWWC Jerseys in a commercial, Fernando explained that each country participating in the OWWC Group Stage LAN in Korea has their own model and design (best seen on Japan and South Korea’s sleeves) incorporated into the base design.

Each region has slight unique differences, mainly showcased in the collars. The AMER and EMEA jerseys have the Overwatch and Country patch located on the breast, while the ASIA jerseys have the two patches centered.

Another cool detail is the inclusion of stars above the country logo, representative of previous OWWC Victories. South Korea dons three stars, while the USA and Saudi Arabia have one each. While there was no official release date for the jerseys, Fernando mentioned that they will be released “very soon.”

If you are not from one of the participating countries but still want to represent the Overwatch World Cup, an “agnostic” jersey will be released with an orange and black colour scheme and the OWWC logo.

The next announcement had been brewing for a while, with the Overwatch Esports Twitter hinting at the release yesterday. The announcement opened with a commercial revealing fourteen skins, one for each partner team.

These heroes will not be all that are released, and Fernando revealed that each team will have five hero skins put into their bundle. Interestingly, the teams got to draft the heroes they wanted to be included, so they had agency in how their team will be represented in-game. Each team will also get their own unique Jetpack Skin, cutely marketed as “adopt your own Jetpack Cat.” Be sure to check the official team socials for the announcement of all of their skins.

Here are some that have already been revealed:

China partner team bundles
ZETA DIVISION OWCS team bundle

On top of the skins, each bundle will include a unique Player Icon, Name Card, Spray, and Weapon Charm, allowing each team to show off their personalities. Spacestation Gaming is a personal favorite, with their spray featuring the line “Put the Fries in the Bag.”

Chinese team Solus Victorem is currently a “temporary partner team in the region,” so they will be receiving a cosmetic bundle, but no skins.

Overwatch Esports took to Twitter after the announcement went live to confirm a release date for the skins. The OWCS partner team bundles will go live August 11, once Season 4 comes out. This is not the final announcement of the tournament, as there is a timeslot blocked off for Overwatch Season 4 announcements during the Grand Finals, so keep an eye out for some hints, and maybe a hero trailer dropping on Sunday.
